D-Rack

D-Rack is the valve rack supplied by Dynamis, specially designed for the control and blocking of fuel flow (liquid or gaseous) for burners. It provides a high level of safety and excellent operational conditions (100% automatic and with wide working range) for the combustion system.

The main characteristics of the D-Rack are:

  • High level of safety (valves certified for working with fuels)
  • Fully instrumented in order to provide the desired safety:
  • Self-operating shut-off valves
  • Pressure switches for fuel and compressed air
  • Leakage sensors
  • Fuel flow meter (with remote indication – on the control panel)
  • Pressure gauge for fuel and compressed air
  • Thermometer for liquid fuel
  • Manufactured according to the strictest safety and watertightness criteria
  • Remotely operated flow control valve (following set point set by operator)

D-Rack description

The D-Rack enables pressure and flow control of liquid and gaseous fuels, and the automatic blockage of fuel flow in case of an emergency. It meets the most strict Brazilian and international safety norms. The quality of the pipes and their joints (threads or welds) are verified by means of sealing tests carried out during the manufacture of the equipment. In case of heavy oil fuel operation, which demands high temperatures for its proper flow, the D-Rack can be supplied with thermal insulation.
