The D-Gasifier technology is developed and patented by Dynamis. It combines high temperature, high turbulence and high residence time and with low level of oxygen. The equipment chamber is compact, which is perfect for the substitution of conventional burners.
By allowing the use of solid fuels in processes that traditionally use gaseous or liquid fuels, the D-Gasifier is a great opportunity to reduce operational costs. It can be used in processes which require reducer environments (gaseous for metallic reduction), hot gas for drying, and it is also able to substitute burners in kilns with low temperature processes and/or when the process requires a better flame stability using solid combustion.
