D-Flame description

Due to the D-Flame technology, it is possible to increase kiln efficiency with different types of fuels. The results improvement with this technology can be obtained from pulverized solid fuels, gaseous and oil fuels, in addition to liquid, pasty and solid industrial wastes. In other words, there can be an increase of efficiency using coal, petcoke and grinder, natural gas/LPG, diesel and ultra-viscous fuels.

Other big advantages of the D-Flame is its flexibility and capability of measuring its results. Besides being tailor-made, it enables a better process control for the operator. It is possible to monetarily follow-up the thermal profile, heating rhythm, ring breaking, hot spots elimination etc.
