In order to achieve high efficiency in combustion, the air intakes are carefully dimensioned, both to allow maximum mixture with the injected fuel and to achieve temperatures resulted from maximum efficiency in combustion. CFD analysis are also performed to verify if the temperature achieved by the refractory lining meet its specifications. The D-HotGas can be installed in horizontal or vertical position, to suit the best physical arrangement for the costumer. For gaseous fuels, the D-HotGas can even be supplied without refractory lining, depending on the desired temperature and the need for flexibility in the use of other fuels (liquid or solid).
D-HotGas
D-HotGas is a technology developed by Dynamis to generate hot gas from the combustion of liquid, solid or gaseous fuels, to meet different temperature and energy demands.
The main characteristics of the D-HotGas are:
D-HotGas can be used in
- Pulp and Paper
- Cement, Lime and Pozzolan
- Mining
- Metallurgy and Steel
- Food
- Oil and Gas
The many benefits of the D-HotGas:
Fuel savings
Long durability
100% automatic operation
Versatility in fuel use and in physical arrangement
